Orders & Delivery
Why should I buy from you?
We offer quality charging cables for electric vehicles, charging stations for home charging, adapters, accessories, all with all the necessary quality certificates and approvals. Nowadays, we have optimised our company's costs as much as possible (we are not located in luxurious offices, etc.), so we can offer our customers a really good price than in other physical shops that sell the same or similar products for electric vehicles. You can read more about our benefits and experience in the About us section. Each item is accompanied by a delivery date. We have several reliable suppliers from Europe, so the delivery time is fast. I've been interested in electric cars since 2018 and I'm always up-to-date with the latest news in this field, so I'll be happy to give you the advice you need before you buy, and share real examples and tips to help you find the right product at the best price for you.
Can I place an order by phone?
Yes, you can order by email or phone. If the product you want is out of stock or you would like to know about the availability of a product that is not yet in our range, we always recommend that you contact us to discuss your purchase by email or phone.
What if I make a mistake when ordering?
You can delete items from your basket and replace them with the ones you want before you confirm your order.
If you have already confirmed and paid for your order, please contact us by email info@evchargers.eu or by phone +370 601 38140 and we will be able to adjust your order as required.
Can I order goods if the system shows that the stock is low?
Unfortunately you cannot order more than what is in stock via the website. In this case, you can call us on +370 601 38140 or contact us by email to let us know which item you want to order is out of stock. We will let you know when the goods are in stock or make a pre-order.
What is your shop address?
We are an online-only shop and we don't have a physical shop yet, but the online shop itself is open 24/7.
Prices & Payments
Can I get additional discounts, promotions before buying?
Yes, we offer our customers the opportunity to take advantage of our promotions, by subscribing to our newsletter or participating in other promotions (e.g. spinning the wheel of fortune, etc.). You will receive a discount code which, if used at the time of purchase, will give you an additional discount on your purchase
Do you apply wholesale prices?
Yes. Depending on the quantity selected, wholesale prices can be adjusted (minimum order quantity 3 pcs). Specific discount prices must be negotiated in advance of ordering.
Is it safe to pay online?
Stripe and Paypal take care of your payment security. Payments are released using the most trusted payment processing providers.
Warranty & Returns
Is there a guarantee and what happens if I simply don't like the product?
All products are covered by a 24-month warranty. Also, if you don't like the product, just email info@evchargers.eu within 14 days and we'll arrange the return details.
Are the products of good quality?
Charging cables, adapters, home charging stations and other equipment come directly from the factories and have all the necessary certificates and approvals. As a result, all products are of the highest quality, factory tested and reliable.
Is Evchargers.eu VAT registered?
Yes, prices on the website include VAT
What is our return policy?
Within 14 days of purchase, we will gladly accept returns for anything bought on our website if you are dissatisfied with your transaction. We do not currently provide exchanges. The best course of action for a "exchange" is to start a return for your initial purchases and then reorder the items you want!
